The Copper Bar Ranch offers some of the highest-quality ethically-produced beef in the state from its grass-fed Scottish Highland cattle. Low in cholesterol and fat compared to grocery store brands, Scottish Highland cattle is some of the healthiest beef you can buy. We “field harvest” our beef, which means animals are raised and killed without ever leaving their pasture or spending time on a feedlot. This is more humane, environmentally friendly, and prevents any stress from tainting the quality and taste of your beef.
